When you first enter ROTC on the first day you will need to complete important forms, such as the Standard release form, a physical, and lastly, a Health Risk Screening so you can enjoy ROTC to the fullest. It is essential to get these papers to a staff member or Senior chief/Colonel as soon as you can. If you are having trouble getting any of these forms completed please let someone know!
