Taking Advanced Placement exams is an important part of all AP courses. Chamblee High School desires all students to take AP exams for the AP classes they have taken. Scoring well on an AP exam can often earn students college credit for their high school class, saving a significant amount on college tuition.
For the 2026 AP exams, students at Chamblee High School will be registering online in a 2-step process:
Step 1: Log into AP Classroom Join your teacher’s section. Everyone’s exam status is set to undecided. Dr. Magee will update to YES upon registration in Total Registration.
Step 2: Log into Total Registration. Register and pay for exams within Total Registration, this includes if you have a zero-balance due to fee reduction waivers. This registration will take a few minutes and can be completed from any computer or phone with internet access. All questions must be answered. Please be sure to write down your login and password. You will need this to pay for exams once the waivers have been applied.
Students can get up to two free exams.
All students qualify for one free AP Exam and one free STEM exam.
Students who receive free/reduced lunch AND are not taking a STEM exam qualify for an additional free exam.
All subsequent exams following the free exams mentioned above are subject to the following fee schedule:
Non-Free/Reduced Lunch
1st AP Exam - free
1st Stem Exam - free
2nd Exam and every additional AP Exam - $105 per exam
AP Seminar/Research Additional fee (in addition to $105) - $48 ($153 total)
