Stay and play in the shade.
Wear loose comfy clothes.
Wear a sunhat (if not use an umbrella).
Drink plenty of water and juice after Iftar.
Eat plenty of fruits.
The best time to go for a dip at the beach or swim in the pool is after 4 pm when the sun is not too harsh.
Have several face coverings so you can change often.

Headlice live on human hair, close to the scalp on the head.
Headlice cannot hop, jump or fly. They crawl from person to person from direct contact
Children in Foundation and Primary are most likely to get headlice.
The main symptom is itching
Headlice cannot spread any disease.
Lice eggs called nits are very hard to remove by hand. Use a nit comb to scrape them off the hair.
Headlice cannot be killed by regular shampoo or frequent hairwash. Treatment is using medicated shampoo (anti-lice) applied two times 9 days apart.
Washing clothes and bedsheets in hot water will kill living lice.
