Our zero-tolerance policy means that we will look into and review every allegation of violation of our community guidelines and respond appropriately. To report any behavior that makes you or others feel uncomfortable, please reach out to our community management team at Community@deeplearning.AI or file a report. We will ask users to stop engaging in behavior if we deem it to be harassment, and we expect them to comply immediately.

DeepLearning.AI reserves the right to remove any person from our Discourse community. Reasons for removal include, but are not limited to, failing to comply with these policies and the terms and conditions herein.

DeepLearning.AI staff and organizers may take any action they deem appropriate. These include warning the user, blocking them from the Discourse, and expelling them from events or courses with no refund.

Why is this policy important?

Harassment in online communities and at events, virtual or in-person, is unfortunately common. Creating an official policy aims to improve this by making it clear that harassment of anyone for any reason is not acceptable within our Discourse community and events. This policy aims to prevent harassment by clearly defining expectations for behavior. In doing so, we hope to assure to our users that they are safe in our community.
