How to Create a Discourse Community Account

To create your account, go to week 1 of your course and click on the [Important] item in your list. (See screenshot below)

This will bring you to a new page explaining how to sign up for our online Discourse community. Click the checkbox to agree to Coursera’s honor code and then click "open tool". (See screenshot below)

By opening the tool, it will take you to a different page to create your account. (See screenshot below)

Complete Your Profile

• When signing up for the first time, go to your profile and add your information. 

• Say hello by posting in the “Introductions” sub-category of the specialization or category you're most interested in. 

• You can post your queries/suggestions as new topics, or share your thoughts and answer other people's questions by replying to existing topics.

• Remember to stay on topic and be courteous! Our Discourse community is about supporting people who are interested in AI as they learn, connect with one another, and grow professionally.

• If you have signed up and not received an invitation in your inbox or spam folder, please contact the DeepLearning.AI team here.

• Note: Certain corporate-secured networks and educational institutions prevent users from logging into Discord. If you are experiencing trouble, you may need to try logging in using a VPN or a different email address.
