Abstract: Around 50% of people in the world will face some sort of mental health crisis in their lives. It affects the people that we do not even expect to face it. Athletes, healthcare workers, teachers, children, and many more people are affected by this illness. We need to make sure that the way we handle this is the healthy way. This might mean getting help with medication, talking to a counselor, or changing up your diet. But in order to reduce the number of humans with mental illnesses, we need to look outside of ourselves and see what other people are facing.
