PURPOSE & USE - These exams are used to measure college readiness and HOPE scholarship eligibility.

SENIOR RETAKE: September 22, 2020

Second Free Opportunity for Class of 2021: We will receive free vouchers for the December 12, 2020 National Testing Date. The ACT will be offered at RHS that Saturday morning. You will be responsible for your transportation to and from the school. More information to come.

JUNIORS: March 2021

Pursuant to T.C.A. § 49-6-6001, all public school students must participate in a postsecondary readiness assessment such as the ACT.

To receive a regular high school diploma, all students enrolled in a Tennessee public school during their eleventh (11) grade year must take either the ACT or SAT (see High School Policy 2.103).

End Of Course Test (EOC) Grades 9 –12 English I/II, Algebra I/II, Geometry, Biology, U.S. History/Geography

FALL: November 30, 2020-December 17, 2020

SPRING: April 12, 2021-May 6, 2021

RESULTS TO PARENTS & STUDENTS – Quick Score reports, which provide teachers and parents with a snapshot of their student’s performance, are provided to districts by end of school year. These are used to help calculate final grades for report cards. Districts receive individual performance reports which summarize student performance in more details in midwinter for tests given in the fall. Districts expect to receive these reports in the summer for tests given in the spring. Districts can choose how and when to share these reports with parents.
