Do we offer discounts?
Discounts aren’t automatically applied for B2B customers.
We offer them at our discretion on a case-by-case basis and this depends on the model, quantities and overall size of the order as we have to consider the margin as well, so it's not always possible.
If in doubt please reach out to the team who can help to advise you and explain how we usual consider this.
What's the lead time for a B2B order?
It’s usually the same as standard B2C online orders (around 2-3 days if stock is in CAR or around 10-12 days if in CAC).
If stock is low for an item and the customer wants to order in bulk, we can always check with the supply team or brand to advise on when more can be expected.
The customer already has a B2C account - can this be converted to B2B?
They can’t have two accounts under the same email address, so they can either create a new account under another email or we can open an IT ticket to have the account type changed to a business account. This can however take a while to convert.
