- Once received your GCI (Green Commute Initiative) confirmation to your work email with 'Certificate number is 'GOODYEAR' you now ready to collect your bike from store.
- It is important to prove your identity, bring your Passport or driving licences.

Decathlon can offer bikes for rent to Decathletes specially for new Joiners to Decathlon Family, that are not yet eligible use all company benefits while under 6 months. One of the great company benefit is to purchase bicycle via 'Cycle to work' or 'Green Commute Initiative' schemes.

Minimum Requirement for this criteria is to be with the company 3 weeks, have a good line Leader Feedback and hold no Disciplinary warnings.

Failing to comply with these rules will result your rental contract if existing termination and you will be asked to return Decathlon property immediately by Decathlon Leader.

- Submit request rental bike form
- Form will be reviewed by your Leader.
- After the Leader Validation your bike contract and Bicycle will be prepare to collect at Welcome desk.
If you realise that bike you renting no longer need it, you must to return to welcome desk immediately so other teammates would have ability to rent it.
