• Can I upload a PowerPoint to Zoom (as I did with Blackboard Collaborate)?

No. Zoom does not provide a feature to upload PowerPoints. The most useful alternative is to share your desktop:

1. Open the PowerPoint on your computer and start the slide-show

2. Select the Share Screen

3. Select the Desktop option or the slide-show that is already being started

This option gives you flexibility of now adding video and audio to your slideshows to be displayed. Make sure to enable sound in the Share Screen window if you would like audio to be heard. 

• What are the steps for non-teaching staff to get a Zoom account?

As a non-teaching staff, you can contact your local Servicedesk or Helpdesk for account creation. See HERE
