Every Academic Year, there is a one-time configuration. For this one-time configuration, the Site's URL and user credentials will be required in Mobile Application. See below for them:

Now that all in required information is obtained; the Site's URL and credentials, logging in is next. As an additional security measure, the Moodle App now has two-factor authentication. To log in and access follow the below steps:
Login to your Open Campus Student Portal (http://myopen.uwi.edu) via the Browser on your Mobile Device
Open the LE Mobile App on your device
The App will prompt you to authenticate via your browser window, Click OK
You will then be redirected to your browser and be prompted to open in "Moodle", Click Open
What's New: Our Learning Exchange Mobile allows for 2 offline courses per device per site. You can download the mobile application on a second device in order to download and access up to 4 courses offline.

The first version of the app was supported in Windows Phone and Windows 7. This version is not supported any more and it was withdrawn from the Windows Store. Its usage is not advised.

LE Desktop allows you to accessing your Learning Exchange courses on desktop and/or Surface tablets.
With LE Desktop you can experience all these popular (and more) functionalities that are found in LE Mobile, on your desktop or surface tablets:
View course activities and download materials offline
Quickly find and contact other people in your courses or organisation
Attempt quizzes, post in forums, play SCORM packages, edit wiki pages and more - on and offline
Upload images, audio, videos and other files from your desktop or tablet
View deadlines filtered by dates or course subjects
Receive instant notifications for messages, forum posts, calendar events and deadlines

The Moodle app for 3.9.2 will be released a short time after Moodle 3.9 and will include:

iPad multitasking: to have the Moodle app sharing the screen at the same time with other apps in your iPad (similar to Android split view)
On-boarding slides (Android only because of Apple policies restrictions) for new users of the app
Site finder: Users will be able to find their Moodle site by name (no need to enter the site URL)
QR reader: Users will have a QR reader built-in in the app, this will allow them to scan codes to open external URLs or courses and activities in the app via QR codes
QR auto-login: Users will be able to automatically login in their sites just scanning a QR code in their Moodle profile (no need to enter the site URL or credentials, just scan the code and start working). Requires Moodle 3.9
Feedback from the app: Active users of the app will be prompted to provide feedback.
As more and more students access courses from their smartphones, tablets or other mobile devices, it is increasingly important to ensure your courses are mobile-friendly.
Encouraging students to install the official Learning Exchange mobile app is one way to improve their learning experience. Below are some suggestions for optimising your course materials for students both using the app and accessing Moodle from mobile devices.
