This form is for requests submitted outside of the official registration period (ADD/DROP PERIOD) for Undergraduate students at the Global Campus, and is intended for cases involving extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation must be provided to substantiate your request. Each ABSCSM request incurs an administrative fee of US$30 or the equivalent amount in local currency, as outlined in the annual Fee Schedule.
Disclaimer: It is advised that you cease participation in the courses for which you are seeking consideration, as continued participation may impact the outcome of the decisions made by the board or render your request ineligible for consideration.

Students, remember that the Academic Board Sub‑Committee on Student Matters (ABSCSM) is here to support you.
If you are facing challenges with your registration, academic records, leave of absence, withdrawal, or Required to Withdraw (RTW) status, ABSCSM can review your case.
The committee exists to ensure that extenuating circumstances are fairly considered, so you don’t have to navigate difficulties alone.
Applying to ABSCSM means your situation will be handled with academic integrity, compassion, and fairness, backed by the authority of the Academic Board.
