This form is for requests submitted outside of the official registration period (ADD/DROP PERIOD) for Undergraduate students at the Global Campus, and is intended for cases involving extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation must be provided to substantiate your request. Each ABSCSM request incurs an administrative fee of US$30 or the equivalent amount in local currency, as outlined in the annual Fee Schedule.
