Welcome. I'm Erika Bogan.

I help organizations, universities, retreats, and communities understand how trauma shapes the mind — and how a single shift in thinking can transform everything.

After a turning point nearly eighteen years after becoming paralyzed due to domestic violence, I rebuilt my life through one anchoring question: “What can we do right now with what we have?” That question is now the foundation of my keynote and workshop experiences.

I teach trauma-aware leadership, resilience under pressure, and the mental shifts that help teams, students, and individuals move out of survival mode and into purposeful action.
