Focus: Dynamic Stretching, Lead leg, Trail leg, Hurdle Motion
Focus: IMPORTANT: Students require clean indoor shoes when we are in the gym, and outdoor running shoes for our outdoor units. Crocks, sandals, boots etc. are not safe or appropriate for gym class.

A big shout out to our BIG cross-country team that was runner-up in North Oshawa overall and sent nine of its twelve grade teams to the Regional Cross-Country Championships in October! Well done runners! Special congratulations to the grade three boys and grade seven girls that each earned runner-up status in all of Durham Region.
