Saturday, September 19th, 2026:
Opening Ceremony in Cafeteria at 11am
Open House at PHS from 10:30am – 3:30pm
Basketball Alumni Court Dedication and Jersey Retirements at 12pm

Doors open at 5:30pm
Alumni Dance Social *CASH ONLY* in Cafeteria from 6pm - 9:30pm

Alumni Vendor Fair & Market
The community is invited to celebrate Pickering High School’s 75th Anniversary this September, with many exciting events planned throughout the day. The School and Community Council (SCC) is hosting an alumni vendor fair and market at the school during the open-house on September 19, 2026 in hopes to raise funds to update the outside student courtyards. With a minimum donation of $50, PHS Alumni are invited to participate and support the school while promoting their business! Space is limited so secure your spot by completing the form below. Vendors will be accepted based on the order in which the signed application/contract is received.
Vendor and Market Fair Information
Time: 10:30 am - 2:00 pm (setup available as of 9:30 am, must be out of the school by 3:00 pm)
Location: Tables/Spaces located in the atrium, library, and main hallway
Tables (6ft) and Chairs are provided to vendors
Vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their area as well as disposal of any product packaging
Please complete the application/contract below and forward it to Darcy Herring (SCC Chair) at scc.pickeringhs@scc.ddsb.ca. You will receive a confirmation to your email, along with the details for payment. Payments will be collected between August 26th and September 3rd. Participation will be confirmed once payment is received.
