Registration Includes:

• 30 minute onstage timeslot

• 45 ensemble clinic

• FREE admission to lunch hour concert

Registration Fees:

$300 per ensemble 

Invoices will be sent once schedule is set and payment will be due by January 15th

Cheques to be made payable to O'Neill CVI - MotorCity Jazz

No refunds will be offered after January 15th

Performance packages will be sent to directors once schedule is set and will be due by February 6th.
