Please explore the resources below and feel free to use ideas or reach out for copy to adapt for your purposes (if not already linked). I've developed all of these resources and have used them in my own practice. If you are teaching in one of my three schools, I'd love to chat about your professional learning goals, answer your questions, model or co-teach with you. If you have something you are already pursuing, I am interested in hearing about it! Drop me an email, come see me when I'm in your school, or book a time to explore something further.
I will be in the following schools every week on a rotating schedule as much as possible (unless booked elsewhere). Generally, my partner, Seaneen Richard (Math) and I, are going to stick to this schedule unless we need to be somewhere else. You can drop by anytime without booking. If we aren't around for whatever reason, send us a quick email or check the booking page for availability.

Assessment Tools
In my classroom, I use a feedback-focussed system of assessment & evaluation that prioritizes growth. We (myself and students) collect lots of evidence of learning before grades are assigned. If you are familiar with Dr. Sarah Zerwin's Pointless: An English Teacher's Guide to More Meaningful Grading, it is a very similar system. With this being said, many of the tools I use are conducive to a variety of A&E structures.
