After school activities will be starting now! There may be no sports this fall but we have expanded our after school clubs available.

Please fill out a SUN registration form so your child can attend any after school programs available at DDHS and you will also have access to SEI virtual programming too!

Instructions to fill out forms below:

• Click on the link provided

• Select "Fill a Copy" in the upper right corner of the screen

• Login with your google account or an email

• Select "Fill a Copy" a second time

• Check the box to agree and select "Let's Do This!"

• Fill out the form

• To sign, initial and Date - Click the box and select "Type", then select the signature you want

• When all the required fields have been filled in, The blue button "Finalize" will appear in the top right corner of the screen.

• Select "Finalize"
