Dr Daniel Rough is a Lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Dundee, specialising in Human-Computer Interaction and teaching students the value of Computing skills. His research interests focus on how non-programmers make use of their everyday technologies such as smartphones and smart speakers, and how to help people make the best use of their tech without "doing programming". More recently, he has become enthusiastic about how to open up the "black box" of Artificial Intelligence systems to non-experts so that they can make the best use of these powerful tools.
Mike Boyd is a YouTuber from Dundee, Scotland. His channel has over 3 million subscribers.
