Hello Second Graders and Families!!
I am Miss Shepard, and I am so excited to be your new teacher!! This is my 2nd year here at DC West! I live in Fremont with my sweet dog Honey! I get married this fall to my wonderful fiance Jakob! In my free time, I love to go to the lake, bake, travel, play games and spend time with my friends and family!
I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, and am working toward my
Masters Degree in Reading.

Hello 2nd Grade Students!!
I am Ms. Price, and I am so excited to be your new teacher!! This is my 7th year here at DC West! I live in Elkhorn with my fiancé Nick, my three children, and our chocolate lab puppy, Indie! Easton is 13 years old, Emmersyn is 9, and Dax is 2 ½! In my free time, I love to go to the lake, read, watch football, travel, and spend time with my friends and family!
We also have a class pet; a Russian Tortoise named Tank!
I have a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management & Early Childhood Education, a
Masters Degree in Elementary Education, and 36 additional Masters credit hours in Education.

About me
I’m Miss West, and I'm thrilled to be here at Dc West again! This will be my fourth year teaching here at DC West. I live here in Valley with my 5 year old daughter Paisley and our cat Silas. I studied elementary education at UNO. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time outside, or venturing the aisles at TJ Maxx.

About me
This is my 28th year of teaching and my 12th year at DC West, where I've taught grades 1-3. My husband is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army. Together we have 6 children. Mikayla is a graduate of Creighton University and is an OT in Omaha. Anthony is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and is a First Lieutenant at Fort Hood. Payton is studying to become a nurse, Paxton is studying early childhood education, Tyler is attending school in Colorado, and Lynley is a freshman this year. We also have 2 granddaughters. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also love traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors. And don't count me out for a good concert! I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and 36 additional Masters credit hours in Education.
