I am excited to start my 14th year here at Arbor Station. I have taught 4th grade for six years, 2nd grade for four years, and kindergarten for three years. Fourth Grade is an excellent year of maturity, growth, and acceleration for students. It is my goal to enable students to do just that and guide them in reaching their full individual potential with pride and confidence. We will be a room that appreciates and celebrates each victory as well as encourage each other during challenges.
On a personal note, I am married for 24 years to a wonderful husband and have two boys, 9 and 10. We love all things Disney and traveling. I graduated from University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Elementary Education. I have my gifted and dyslexia certifications. My husband is an Auburn grad, so War Eagle! I look forward to an outstanding school year with your student.
