• Choose one of the four Fractions and Recipes tasks to complete. There is a challenge in each task! 

• Practice solving proportions by playing Math Games! 

• Complete the list of locker combinations for your school. The school needs all three numbers for the locker combinations to work properly. Find the missing numbers.  Locker Combinations

Exponents 

• Use the Integer Cheat Sheet to create an Integer Poster. Display all rules and give at least five examples for each rule! Once you create your poster, use it to practice your integer rules. Integer Practice

• Create a concentration game using the first 20 perfect squares (note cards or folded paper squares). On one card, put the square root value, and on another card, put the equal value. Example: 64 will go on one card, and eight will go on another card. Shuffle all cards together and play with concentration. Perfect Square List

• Watch this video to revisit how to find irrational numbers on the number line. Take notes by drawing your own number line from 0 to 10, and have your Perfect Square list handy!  Video

• Use the Desmos Online Graphing Calculator to complete each of the tables. Tables and Coordinates

Linear Functions 

• Design your own Coordinate Plane. Label each part of the coordinate plane using the notes provided. Color code and label each part to help you identify ALL parts of the plane. Use pictures, shapes, and a variety of colors to help make your coordinate plane unique. Coordinate Plane Notes

Solving Systems of Equations 

• Review examples of writing algebraic expressions by watching this video. Take Notes! Video

• I Do, You Do! Activity

On the website, there are examples provided by the teacher for each topic (I Do). Review and write down the examples, then try the practice problems independently (You Do). Click the answer button after you finish to check your understanding. Repeat this process for all sections: Evaluate Algebraic Expressions, Identify Terms, Coefficients, and Like Terms, and Simplify Expressions by Combining Like Terms. Website
