Engineering vs. Scientific Method

There are two types of projects you and your student can work on for the Science and Engineering Fair:

• Scientific Method Project - the "traditional" science fair project in which you ask a question, form a hypotheses, conduct an experiment, and collect data to try to answer your research question.

• Engineering Project - follow the design - build - test - improve - retest process to create something that solves a problem
