VOLUNTEER

We love what we do here at Summit View Elementary! We could not be as successful as we are without the help of our amazing community! We thrive on the dedication of our families to come together and lend a helping hand. 

Volunteering at SVE is invaluable. Opportunities can range from classroom help, organizing events, assisting during Field Day, to helping at home. Every contribution has an impact that we greatly appreciate.  

We invite all parents to consider finding at least one way to be a part of SVE and showing our children the importance of community! 

PTA Committees:

Fall Fundraising Chair:  Lauren Kennedy, Jen McIndoe
Organizes events to raise money for teacher grants, school needs and PTA operating funds.

Staff Appreciation Chair: Jen McIndoe
Coordinates monthly and annual staff appreciation.

Scrip Gift Card Sales: Sarah Marken
Coordinates Staff holiday and end of the year gift giving program.

Bake Sales Chair: Lindsey Mladinich
Organizes two bake sales per year.

Public Relations Chair: Kathy Seader
Submits articles to DCSD and local papers highlighting exciting events at SVE.
