I'm Mrs. Dell, and I’m so excited to be your 5th grade teacher this year!
I was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado, and attended the University of Northern Colorado. My husband and I live in Highlands Ranch with our two sons. Hunter is a freshman at Abilene Christian University, and Brecken is a junior at Highlands Ranch High School.
This year marks my 25th year of teaching—and my 19th year at Cougar Run. I absolutely love it here! Even though I’ve been teaching for what feels like forever, I still get just as excited for each new school year as I did my very first.
I'm passionate about teaching and about igniting a love of learning in my students. But even more than that, I’m passionate about helping students build self-confidence. I want every child to believe they can accomplish anything if they give it their best effort.
I also believe strongly in the partnership between teachers and parents. When we work together, we can ensure your child has the most successful and rewarding year possible.
