Meet Ms. Freestone

Hello First Grade Families!

I am thrilled to be your child’s first grade teacher. This is going to be a wonderful year!

Here’s a little bit about me! This will be my second year teaching first grade! Last year, I spent my first year of teaching as a first grade teacher at Heritage and before that, I completed my student teaching in kindergarten at Summit View. In May of 2025, I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Go Rams! I grew up in Highlands Ranch and I absolutely love living in Colorado! I’m so excited to be a part of the Mountain Peak Elementary family! In my free time, I enjoy playing board games and pickleball with my friends and family, reading, needlepointing, watching hockey, and spending time outdoors with my dog, Fred.
