Mrs. Molcsan

Hello! My name is Shannon Daly-Molcsan!  This is my  second year at Sierra Middle School and on Team Challenger as a Mild Moderate Teacher.  I will also be teaching the 7th and 8th grade Math Strategies Class. 

I am a Colorado native and a Douglas County School District graduate.  I went on to obtain a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Humans Services with a minor in Nutrition from Metropolitan State University of Denver.  Master's Degree in Education with endorsements in Elementary  Education, Culturally Linguistically Diverse Education and Special Education from Regis University.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family whether it be playing boardgames, enjoying a movie or discovering something new on a road trip. 

My goal as a educator is to help create independent, creative, critical thinkers and life-long learners.  I believe education should be rigorous, relevant, but also an investment in each student academically, emotionally, and personally.  In my classroom every student has the opportunity to learn and meet their individual potential.
