Gale in Context: Biography   Biography in Context delivers outstanding research support with nearly a million biographical entries spanning history and geography. 

Gale in Context: Global Issues    Issues and countries form the core of this dynamic product, which uses a wealth of resources to explain the historical and contemporary conditions necessary to understand global issues, conflicts and events. 

Gale in Context: Middle School provides engaging reference, periodical, and multimedia content supporting national and state curriculum standards for grades 6 to 12 in language arts, social studies, and science.  (Use Google Single Sign In)

World Almanac for Kids includes exclusive online-only material as well as content from award-winning Chelsea House and Facts On File sets and series. Each topic area provides resources for homework, reports, and projects, and students can explore age-appropriate subjects.

World Book Online  (Username & Password (if needed): dcsd) provides timely, reliable, and readable articles, as well as hundreds of maps, videos, and other media for an immersive learning experience.

BrainPop: A resource, for upper elementary and middle schoolers.  Includes resources for a number of different subjects: STEM, Social Studies, English, Health, Arts & Music.   Use CLEVER to access.

The Denver Post  Access today's newspaper for local, national, and world news. 

Colorado Encyclopedia is an online resource for all things Colorado.  The site includes articles on Colorado's diverse people and places--past and present.

Library of Congress  The Library of Congress is the nation's oldest federal cultural institution, and it serves as the research arm of Congress. It is also the largest library in the world.

ProCon.org  Provides resources for critical thinking and to educate without bias. Controversial and important issues are researched and presented in a balanced, comprehensive, straightforward, transparent, and primarily pro-con format.
