Before School Care - $14.00, $16.00, $18.00 - depending upon when we receive your registration
After School Care - $15.00, $17.00, $19.00 - depending upon when we receive your registration
Full Day - $35.00, plus activity fee

Explanation of B.A.S.E Fees and Processes
Our mission is to promote the safety, well-being, and development of every child while partnering with schools and community to be the best choice for families. We also commit to remaining affordable for parents while ensuring we have a financially sustainable program for years to come. Thank you for choosing us and we appreciate your support.
Rationale:
• All B.A.S.E programs are self-funded, and the only source of revenues we receive is generated from tuition.
• Evaluating and refining our practices ensures we are integrating our resources toward what is best for children.
• Rationale of fees should be easily communicated and justified to the community in a transparent, consistent manner.
• Market rates and actual costs are major factors in our process to set rates and fees.
• Aligned fees and practices creates better efficiency, fairness, and consistency for families.
• Aligned fees and processes are easier to understand and simpler for parents who are searching for the best choice for their child, as well as parents who are enrolled in BASE programs at more than one school (ex: A family open enrolls at School A and accesses the before and after school program then chooses to utilize School B for school break programs).
Annual Registration Fee; $75.00 per child, $100.00 per family. These fees pay for the cost to enroll families into the program, which includes setting up accounts so parents can access their portal. Parents will be able to enroll, schedule, pay with credit or debit cards, and access receipts, schedules, and year-end tax statements online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Regular Schedule Rates & Schedule Cut-off: Parents shall submit schedules and payment for child care sessions by midnight on the Wednesday prior to the week (or weeks, as some sites have monthly registration, due to the size and programming needs) in order to receive the regular schedule rate. This provides staff with two (2) business days to plan for staffing and programming for the following week(s). The SRE Base Program has bi-weekly due dates for Enrollments. The Due Date calendar can be found at the end of this document and on the SRE Base Website.
Late Schedule Rate: Additional $2.00 per child/session for Before School and After School. Additional $3.00 per child/day for School Breaks. Based on space available.
Unscheduled Rate: Calculated based on an additional $4.00 per child/session for Before School and After School. Parents shall contact the program in advance to verify if space is available. Care may not be available with limited notice from parent due to scheduling of staff or activities. Manager reserves the right to deny services if parents show concerning patterns/frequency of unscheduled child care and/or delinquent payment for charges.
Activity Fee: Activity fees are applied for School Break/Fall Days when the program goes off site, or a special activity is brought in to enhance the day. Activity days are communicated to parents on our Break Schedule, it will also be noted with a red asterisk in the SchoolCare Works Parent Portal. Activity fees are applied to the whole day regardless of the students attendance within that day. SRE Base has a standard fee of $11 per child/session in addition to the Full Days rate. Late fees do not apply to Activity Fee.
Sibling Discounts: 10% discount off of regular registration rate for additional sibling for School Break days only. This discount does not apply to late registration and/or unscheduled rates.
Late Pick-Up Fees: $3.00 per child, per minute after program closing time. Program Manager reserves the right to deny services if parents show concerning patterns / frequency of late pick-ups. SRE Parents are allowed 3 late pick up’s per school year. After the 3rd late pick up services will be denied for the after school program and possibly full day programming. If a child is picked up more than 20 minutes late, SRE BASE reserves the right to deny service to our after school program and possibly the full day program.
Absence Notify program staff members if your children will be absent from program sessions. We expect children to attend the sessions for which they are registered.Contact B.A.S.E Staff 303-387-6431 to report an absence.Absences- If you Child is signed up for After School and does not attend we will begin looking for your child. We will contact you and all emergency contacts. If we are unable to contact you/emergency contacts the police will be notified.Refunds / Schedule ChangesRefunds- We do not offer refunds. Days cannot be switched or removed once Registrations are submitted. Please plan your monthly registration carefully! BASE uses parent Registrations to plan for adequate staffing, program supplies, materials, buses, reservations, and room rentals. SRE B.A.S.E suggests only signing up 2 weeks in advance, to limit future scheduling issues.Schedule Changes: Once parents schedule childcare, there are no refunds or credits for absences or schedule changes. Parents may add days after the scheduling cutoff if there is space available, and at a higher rate as outlined in the itemized fee schedule.Payment Procedures / Payment Methods Available/ Payment RequirementsSaddle Ranch BASE is a Pre-pay Childcare Service.Payment Methods Available: All major credit cards, including debit cards, and online checking accounts (ACH) are accepted.We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS. Payments must be made through the BASE Parent Portal.Tuition payments are required in ADVANCE. B.A.S.E tuition payment must be paid in full for each scheduled session. Parents will be prompted to pay when a registration schedule is submitted. B.A.S.E tuition must be paid in full by the end of each week.Balances may not be carried month to month. Failure to pay balance in full will result in a denial of childcare services.Payment Requirements: In the event that we are unsuccessful in collecting dollars owed to the program, a final letter will be sent and parents will have five (5) business days to pay the full amount due. Failure to pay shall result in denial of childcare services and the account will be turned over to a collections agency. Accounts turned over to a collection agency may be reported to the credit bureau.
