Welcome to Ms. Whalin's Wellness (Health/PE) website! I'm very excited to have you all in my class this 24-25 school year. It's going to be a great year!
About Ms. Whalin
I’m originally from Colorado, having been born in Denver and raised in Centennial, where I attended Littleton Public Schools from kindergarten all the way through 12th grade. I earned my undergraduate degree in K-12 Physical Education at Metropolitan State University of Denver. This marks my fourth year in teaching and my fourth year at Ranch View, but it’s my first year focusing on health education as well as physical education. I’m really looking forward to embracing this new opportunity!
My passion for becoming a wellness teacher comes from my love of physical activity and my excitement for working with kids. I hope to encourage them to cultivate a love for movement and a healthy lifestyle!
Outside of school, I love spending time with my family and friends, participating in various physical activities, and keeping up with my favorite sports team, the Denver Broncos!
