The students will come in, put there things away, and check in with the teacher. They will then quietly work on their morning work for the day. 

Our literacy curriculum is Benchmark and Heggerty. During our literacy time we will be focusing on foundational literacy skills (letter identification, letter sounds, phonemic awareness, reading, comprehension, and more).

Our math curriculum is iReady Math. We will be focusing on numbers, number sense, counting, counting objects, addition/subtraction and more. 

The specials at RRE are: P.E., music, art, and spanish. Specials are on a weekly rotating schedule. Each class will be going to one special all week long. 

During this time, we will be doing different thematic units that go along with our IB learning. 

We will be dismissing out the kindergarten doors (by the preschool playground) at 3:25.
