I'm Amanda Pierce, the Program Manager for Rock Ridge BASE.

I have been with Douglas County for 20 years.  I spent 15 years working for DCSD preschool, a couple years helping start the DHH preschool program at Castle View H.S. and the rest of my time has been with BASE.

I have 3 grown kids, who all went to school here in Castle Rock.  My oldest and her husband just moved to Texas, the first of February. They have two amazing kids, Josie Rae is 4 and Jace is 2, they call me Grammy:)  My middle daughter lives in Simla, Co. and is getting married in July!!  My youngest, Cade, moved to Texas, the beginning of March!!   For the first time in 30 years my house is empty.

My name is Patricia Moore. I started working at a school since 2016 when my daughter’s school was looking to employ someone to supervise students at lunch recess. Since then I have worked at schools in CA as recess and lunch supervisor, PE assistant, and before and after school teacher. Here in CO I have worked at Rock Ridge as Educational Assistant, paraprofessional, and before and after school teacher.

During the summer Covid started, me and my family decided we needed a change so packed up and moved to Castle Rock CO even though we had never been to CO before. Me, my husband of 12 years, and our 13 year old love living in CO. On the weekends we enjoy exploring this beautiful state. We do miss tent camping in the Redwoods though.

I'm Nikki Shea. I'm a Sub Program Lead at RR BASE, and I work as an Educational Assistant at RR during the school day. I have worked at RR for about 4 years and before that I worked at Starbucks for over 10 years.

I moved to Castle Rock from Wichita, KS 15 years ago. I have been married for 13 years to a boy I met when we were in 2nd grade together back in KS. I have a daughter who is in 5th grade at RR. I have 2 cats and an axolotl. I like to play softball, read, and watch movies. I also love to travel!

I am Naj, I have been working in education for almost 26 years. I work in Special Education, as well as the BASE program, and I love what I do!

I am an Air Force brat (born and raised in the A.F.). I am also an Air Force veteran, so I am fortunate enough to have experienced living in a lot of different places/cultures.

I moved to Castle Rock 8 ish years ago, where I plan to stay until I can become a retired beach bum
