Emergenetics is a tool to build self-awareness, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Participants fill out a questionnaire and complete a required Meeting of the Minds Seminar to receive a personal Emergenetics Profile describing their individual thinking and behavior preferences in seven research-based attributes.
Our goal is that every adult at RCHS has the opportunity to participate in an Emergenetics Meeting of the Minds Seminar and receive their Emergenetics Profile. We hope to provide ongoing opportunities for departments, workgroups, and collaborative teams to explore how Emergenetics can help us work more efficiently and effectively together in ways that value our individual gifts and support a positive culture and climate, as well as opportunities to explore how Emergenetics can be integrated into classroom practice to enhance learning.
