Hi! My name is Arin Simon and this will be my 5th year at Pine Lane and my 7th year teaching overall. I cannot wait to dive into the year together! I studied elementary education in St. Louis, Missouri and moved back to Colorado seven years ago. I have previously taught 3rd and 4th grades and am so excited to be a returning part of the 6th grade team and PLE Crew!

When I was younger, I swam on my neighborhood swim team for 10 years and attended dance lessons for about 7. Now that I am older, I enjoy traveling, reading books, and watching movies!

In my free time, I hang out with my friends playing games, watching movies, reading, and just overall having fun together! I also really love to knit!

My three dogs to the right are Remi (Rottweiler), Peyton (Black Lab), and Sadie (Terrier). I enjoy taking them on walks when the weather is nice and cool.

A big part of my life is spending time with my family friends. My best friend Camden (and his mom Kelly!) is someone you will hear about a lot throughout the year! He is in first grade! Cam's sisters are Karsyn (4th), Kinley (6th), and Kyley (9th).

Together with their family, we go camping, go to car shows, the lake, and spend a ton of time at the pool each summer!
