The link above will take you to the testing schedule specific to Pioneer Elementary School. Please know that this schedule is tentative and subject to change before the spring testing window. Families will begin receiving regular communication as we get closer to April.
Paper/ Pencil Testing (New for Spring 2026)
All state assessments will be online. Paper-pencil tests will only be available for approved accommodations, such as:
Neurological or health conditions preventing computer use
Braille/large print needs
Incompatible adaptive equipment
Disabilities that prevent safe device use
State Assessment Excusal
Parents may excuse their student(s) from state assessments through the Parent Portal. Please complete the form by December 19, 2025. You’ll need an active Parent Portal account to log in. If you have questions, please email Matt Yardley at myardley@dcsdk12.org
