NRE will be having a Field Day on Tuesday, May 23rd! It will be an all-day event with times for lunch, snack, rest, and of course a ton of fun activities. There will be water activities, relay races, a book buddy game, and different challenge games for students both inside and outside.

Students can bring lunch from home or there will be a cold sack lunch option that students can order from the school. Students are strongly encouraged to bring a water bottle and snack, along with extra clothes/shoes and a towel for after the water activities. Putting on sunscreen before school and bringing extra to apply throughout the day is a great idea as well!

Unfortunately, families are not invited to this event due to issues with space. We will be using most areas outside of the building, including the car loop, for the fun field day stations. Thank you for understanding!

This is going to be a fun event for students!

6th Grade Graduation will be on the last day of school, Thursday, May 25th at 9:00 am.  Students should arrive at school at their regular time.  Families including grandparents etc. are welcome to attend.  The celebration will start promptly at 9:00.  Please be prepared for all kinds of weather.  We will have a short reception outside the 6th Grade classrooms after graduation is finished.  Students can pick up their graduation certificates then and any awards they may have received.  6th grade is then finished for the day, please sign your kids out with their classroom teacher and take them home for the day.  If you are unable to take them home, please let us know and we will make arrangements for them to stay until the end of the day.  Lunch will not be served that day, so if they are staying at school, they should bring lunch.
