Mrs. Clark

I am super honored and excited to be your child's Kindergarten teacher this school year at South Ridge Elementary!  This will be my 9th year teaching in DCSD.  This will be my 5th year teaching Kindergarten at our amazing South Ridge Elementary.  I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University.  Before moving to Colorado over 20 years ago, I taught in Indiana and Australia.

I took a bit of a career detour and worked in management after moving to Colorado.  During that time, I was terribly missing the classroom environment. So, I took a big leap and worked diligently to get back in the classroom to make my heart and soul happy again!

These photos are of the most treasured part of my life.  My mom, my husband, son, and my sweet furbaby.  Next on my love-list are the relationships I form with every student, along with their amazing families!  My classroom is my home away from home.
