Hello First Grade Families!

My name is Alice Boutilier. I am delighted to be your child's teacher here at Gold Rush Elementary this school year! This will be my 21st year of teaching. Before coming to GRE I taught in New Hampshire, Tennessee, Denver, Monument and Castle Rock. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Nichols College in Massachusetts and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of New Hampshire. I am passionate about helping all students reach their goals, while making learning fun and engaging! 

My husband Andrew and I have four grown children. Our daughter is 29, and our three sons are ages 27, 24, and 22. As a family we enjoy skiing, tennis, golf and traveling to New Hampshire and the Boston area to visit family. Some of my hobbies are gardening, long walks, reading, jigsaw puzzles and caring for our two year old puppy, Tucker. He is an English Springer Spaniel and keeps us busy.
