Alicia D'Antonio Teacher Librarian

Welcome! I am the proud teacher librarian at Mountain Ridge Middle School in Highlands Ranch, CO. I began my career in education in 2003 as a 7th grade English teacher in Wichita Falls, TX, and ended my classroom teaching career at the conclusion of the 2011-2012 school year in Coppell, TX, after earning my Masters in Library Science from the University of North Texas in 2010. My librarian career began in 2012 at an elementary school library where I served grades K-5 in Coppell, TX. I was an elementary school librarian for three years before moving into a high school librarian position in Argyle, TX, serving grades 9-12. I returned to the middle school environment in 2022 when I arrived at Mountain Ridge Middle School in Highlands Ranch, CO, where I am currently the teacher librarian serving grades 7-8.
