Hex is a 6th grade introductory track program that takes place throughout the disctrict each Spring. Students have the opportunity to try-out to make the team and compete in various running and throwing events in a one day Hexathlon. At the Hexathlon, CME students compete against other Mountain Vista High School feeder schools in the spirt of friendly competition and community engagement.
Hex is free to join. At the end of the competition we celebrate the day with a pizza party which we do ask for each memeber to help pay for.
Information regarding Hex will be shared with students once a date has been scheduled with the district.

The following permission forms will need to be completed if your child is selected to participate on the Hex team. All forms will be sent home with the students and need to be completed and returned to Mr. Novak as soon as possible.
School Permission Form (Student and Parents must complete)
Team Agreement (Student and Parents must complete)
Parent Volunteer Agreement (For anyone who is planning to help out with the event)
Transportation Awareness Consent and Release (Everyone must complete this form)
Authorization To Use Privately Owned Vehicle On School District Business (If you plan to drive your child or other children. All drivers must submit a copy of their current insurance policy)
