Shape Tables

There are many shaped tables options available to support students. What shape is the best? It depends on age of students, space in the room and what works best. Here are just a few that have been used in DCSD, the puzzle table, the jigsaw puzzle table and the "fish" table.

Flip Tables

Flip tables are made by almost every furniture manufacturer - the key to finding a table that will work in your learning environment is to look at size and height. The most flexible and most costly table is a pin clip height adjustable flip table. The height can be adjusted without any tools so that it transition into a standing table and back to a sitting table and will work for any age student. The size of the table top is also very important - too big and it will be hard to move in the space - too small will need to many to accommodate the students.
