This year we will be using the StudySync curriculum by McGrawHill. Students will have a textbook for each unit and access to an online platform. The curriculum includes a collection of readings based on the theme of the unit we are studying. As we work through the readings, students will be asked to answer questions and perform a variety of tasks designed to help them closely analyze and understand each text section. Students will also complete extended writing projects and grade appropriate vocabulary study. Information about novel studies for grade level and advanced students will come at a future date. Along with the books we read in class students should expect to spend time reading outside of class.
