About Me

I have been teaching at Eldorado off and on since the school opened in 2001. Before that, I taught in Texas and California.  I have lived in Colorado since 2001 and love it here!  I have two children, Grace (20) and Joe (18). Grace will be a junior at Northern Arizona University this year and Joe will be taking a gap year  before college..  My husband, Scott, is a TV sports camera operator and travels  throughout the year. We also have a Golden Retriever named Queso who just turned three years old and three cats named Mango, Ernie and Wasabi.  When I am not teaching I love to take walks with Queso, read amazing books, spend time with my friends and family, and enjoy this beautiful place that we get to call home.
