About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Regina LaMonte and I have been a counselor at Mountain Vista High School since 2017. I am originally from Southern California but moved to Colorado to attend college. I graduated from the University of Denver with my Bachelor's in Psychology & Sociology, and Master's in School Counseling. In my free time I enjoy experiencing Denver's delicious and growing food scene, watching sports (Go Dodgers!), and exploring Colorado's great outdoors.
