Mission statement:

The mission of the Legend High School Counseling program, in partnership with Academic Advisors, other educators, parents/guardians and community stakeholders is to provide a comprehensive, developmental counseling program that 

addresses the academic, personal/social, and career development of all students and ensures that they are self-directed, 

life-long learners who are college and career ready.



Vision statement:

The vision of the Legend High School Counseling Department is to facilitate equal access to a school counseling program 

that promotes healthy, confident, and well-rounded citizens that respect themselves and others. Through the school 

counseling program, all students will be challenged to explore their passions, interests, and talents leading to increased 

engagement and continued growth.
