My name is Jackie Collins and I am looking forward to meeting each and every one of you and starting our amazing year together here at Mountain Peak Elementary! 

This year marks my 19th year in education and my third year as a Learning Specialist. Prior to this role, I served as a classroom teacher in kindergarten through third grade, where I demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs. Through that work, I found it especially meaningful to help students make progress and build confidence in their abilities. This experience led me to pursue a role as a Learning Specialist, where I could more intentionally target instruction, provide individualized support, and deepen my impact on student growth.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, and taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer.
