Families who would like to try to preserve their student’s Legacy Lobby tile from Heritage are welcome to do so. Over time, many of the tiles have developed cracks, and there is a possibility they may be removed in the future. To give families the opportunity to keep their tile, sign-ups will be available for after-school time slots in May to attempt removal. A special sawing string, available for $5 through the Heritage PTO website, is required to help cut through the cement while minimizing the risk of breaking the tile. Families are also welcome to simply take a photo of their tile during the Legacy Celebration as a keepsake.
