8th Grade Choir

Welcome to 8th Grade Choir!

8th Grade Choir is a semester-long elective class, resulting in 2 choir performances. To learn specific class expectations and grading policies please see the Student Contract located under the Resources tab.

In 8th Grade Choir, students will experience a deeper understanding of:

• Vocal and breathing techniques
• Musical concepts and literacy
• Performance skills
• Evaluation skills
• Appreciation for music and collaboration

Concert Attire:

Professional dress clothing (please refrain from blue jeans, work out attire, text on clothing, or sneakers). Attire must follow school dress-code. Please be aware that it gets hot on stage due to lighting.
