Dear Families,
I will be your child’s SNN teacher for this upcoming year. This is my 4th year at Heritage Elementary. I am originally from Southern California until I moved to Colorado in 2008. My wife, Christa, and I are blessed with two children. Alexandra, who is 8 years old and in 3rd grade at Heritage Elementary. Landon, who is 4 and half years old. Being a father has shown me first hand the growth and development children can make when learning is encouraged and nurtured. I hope to bring the same values to my classroom of students. I have worked with individuals with disabilities for over 20 years as an Inclusion Specialist, Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Residential Specialist, Behavior Specialist and SSN Teacher. My experience has given me opportunities to teach and guide children as young as 5 and adults as old as 70. My main goal is to collaborate with students and families to build a unique learning experience that focuses on student growth and development.
