Understanding our emotions or feelings can be difficult. We know we may be sad, angry, or frustrated but always understanding WHY we may be feeling that can be confusing to us. Here is one of my favorite videos from Rocketkids to remember 3 things when it comes to our emotions.


How to Change Your Mood

To change your mood you must change your mindset. For whatever reason we may get in a mood. We woke up that way, we didn't have our favorite breakfast, we missed our favorite show. It could be anything that disrupts our mood, but we have a choice we can allow it to affect our day or we can move forward and change our mindset to have a better day. Similar to our saying of Being Bison Strong, when we shift our mindset we can turn around our day and make it better, stronger, happier. Can you change your mindset? Give it a try!
